about these terms

iMAJiN ART is an independent art and design studio operated by Xavier Woodberry out of Virginia, USA.
These terms govern your use of imajinart.com and any purchase made through it.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Made-to-order canvas prints and apparel featuring original artwork, produced and shipped on demand.
Because every item is printed to order, slight variation in color and finish from on-screen previews is normal.
Availability of specific pieces, sizes, and apparel styles may change without notice.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent.
Orders may be cancelled or corrected before they enter production — contact contact@imajinart.com as soon as possible.
Once an item is in production it generally cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned except for defects, per the policies page.
The studio reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, with a full refund, in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or unavailability.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe — card details never touch this site's servers.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

All artwork, images, logos, and designs on this site remain the exclusive property and copyright of iMAJiN ART.
Purchasing a print or apparel item grants you ownership of the physical item only — it does not grant any right to reproduce, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the artwork.
You may not use any image from this site for commercial purposes, AI training, or republication without written permission.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, probing, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access.
Don't misrepresent yourself, use stolen payment methods, or place fraudulent orders.
Content submitted through contact forms must be lawful and may be used to respond to your inquiry.

The site and its products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
iMAJiN ART is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
In any case, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
